“I went to carhop after having several bad experiences with other cars and dealers. Carhop said that they were going to sell me a reliable vehicle. I am now on my second vehicle from them, they took the first one back because of all the problems, needed a tranny, the one that was sent to have put in was bad and needed repairs, the check engine light would not turn off. I am now on my second vehicle, we are now on our third engine, I was without my car for over 3 months, the check engine light has been on since the last engine was put in and they won't fix it because it is an external part, although it is having this problem because they have changed the engine out so many times. My car is still having more problems, everyday, that they will not cover under their "limited warranty". Beware when purchasing from carhop, they will get you financed, but they do not always sell reliable cars.”
